COMPLETE BEGINNER? WE HAVE A PROGRAM FOR YOU!

You do not need any previous Muay Thai or Boxing experience to join! You will learn how to properly execute punches, kicks, knees, and elbows, plus defensive techniques in each class. We also offer private lessons if you want to start with one-on-one training before joining the team!

We kick bags until we are drenched in sweat, but also practice drills with other team members. The results are always the same: Fat melts, muscles get toned and your reflexes and determination achieve levels you never experienced before.
